Return Policy

RETURNS/EXCHANGE POLICY:

We accept the return of Standard Shipping item(s) within 30 days of delivery, please read individual return policies below.

NON-FURNITURE RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY:

We will accept free returns and exchanges of non-furniture items if:

  • If non-furniture item is scheduled  within 30 days of customer receipt of good(s) ordered.
  • A valid proof of purchase is provided (see below).
  • Non-furniture items are returned in new condition-unused, unwashed and in original packaging .

DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE RETURNS:

If you have received a product damaged in transit or defective , we will work with you to resolve the issue immediately and provide a full refund or replacement, images must be provided.

INCORRECT PRODUCT RECEIVED: 

If you have received a product that is deemed to be the wrong item you ordered or an item not as described but shipped by Biz & Haus we will work with you to resolve the issue immediately by providing the correct item and/or a full refund.

BASIC FREIGHT RETURN ITEMS:

To return Basic Freight items, please email us at claims@bizandhaus.com , returns will only be accepted if the return is completed within 30 days of delivery.

All items will be inspected upon return. A restocking fee will apply of 15% of the original purchase price, for any items not returned in good condition or outside the stated time frame a 25% restocking fee will apply. 

For Standard Deliveries where a manufacturing defect is discovered after the 30-day return period please email us at claims@bizandhaus.com and we will contact the manufacturer to deal with the issue on your behalf.
